Security that adapts to life at home

In this home, NOVELCO installed a SATEL INTEGRA security system with KNX integration and tailored operating scenarios. Protection was designed around the way the owner uses the different spaces.

The solution

Selective arming of areas, with scenarios adapted to the owner's presence in different parts of the home.
Lighting scenarios triggered according to the security event.
A dedicated panic scenario to strengthen personal protection.
Integration with the video door entry system, so selected scenarios can be activated from its own screen.

The build behind the function

The panel was designed and built specifically for this project, with an organised equipment layout and clear labelling of cables and connections. Cabling from the false ceiling was routed to the panel with careful combing and dressing. This organisation makes circuits easy to identify and simplifies technical checks and future maintenance.

The result

An installation that connects security with the home's automation and allows selected functions to be controlled from different points. At the same time, the carefully built panel provides a clear, organised basis for supporting the system in the future.
